Every piece starts with accurate measurement and layout, then gets cut, bent, and fully welded using MIG, TIG, or stick depending on material and load requirements. We use 3/16" to 1/2" plate, DOM tubing, channel, and angle – whatever the job demands.

Need a replacement panel that’s NLA? We hand-form it on the brake and shrinker/stretcher, fit it perfectly, and weld it in stronger than the original. Need a bumper, winch mount, or snow-plow frame that actually survives a Canadian winter? We build it once, and it lasts.

All fabrication is done 100 % in our Bear River shop – no outsourcing, no surprises. You get progress photos at every major step so you see exactly what you’re paying for.
